Using LCP Inside Other Shortcodes

We have a custom shortcode that can be wrapped around content that authors only want rendered for logged in users

We have coded it to process shortcodes as well but it does not seem to work with the List Category Posts shortcode

I was not sure if that is because LCP is not setup to work inside other shortcodes or if it has to do with the specific nature of ours
