Using Jquery in the Header

    Here’s a fun one for all of you rogue programmers out there.

    The site i’m working on is BudgetDr.com. I have this header image that is responsive to different screen resolutions. However, I thought it would be really cool to make some of the lights on the buildings fade in and out. I am using jquery to accomplish this. However my divs do not move with the image when the screen resolution changes. As you can see i would need divs specifically positioned and to maintain the aspect ratio according to the header image.

    I hope someone out there would like to help me out!
