Using it ‘off license’

    We are a community group who needed some way of allowing people to sign in for sessions so that they were covered by insurance. I tried all sorts of plugins but they all proved unsuitable until this one.

    It was a bit tricky setting it up as we are not using it for its intended purpose and it is therefore much more complex than we need but we got there in the end and it is working very nicely.

    There is obviously a gap in the market for groups who just need to know who will be attending sessions this week, not booking way into the future. Perhaps you might consider making a stripped down version for that?

    I acknowledge that Booking Activities has a lot of options, and it can be puzzling. I am trying to improve the user experience over time.

    I am sure you will need one of these options in the future as well ?? I will find the good balance eventually!
