I’m not seeing either of those URLs in your page. I see various sizes of this image:
    https://w1za26.n3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/cropped-favicon_512x512-1-192×192.png

The icon image comes from a GoDaddy CDN, not your domain.

It appears you are utilizing some sort of caching scheme so your browser may have cached stale data. You might need to flush any caches involved, both client and server side in order to see the icon you actually chose in the customizer.

How to flush your browser cache varies by browser. Search the internet for instructions, for example “how to clear chrome version 122 cache”. Since I am seeing different URLs than you, this will likely resolve the discrepancy. If so, no need to follow the remaining suggestions.

If you have any WP caching plugins, there should be a button somewhere in the admin area for clearing the cache.

If you are using a reverse proxy service like Cloudflare, ask through their own support channel for how to clear its cache.

Your host could be caching content as well. Ask for guidance through their own support channel as well.
