Using Icons requires Plugin?

  • Hello dear WPs,

    this is my first time using icons in a theme. It is referenced in the following shortcode. Still, it doesn’t visually show in the theme.

    Could someone help with a hint: does it require a plugin?

    PS this shortcode is used in the context of the IncomeUp Theme. I didn’t receive replies in the past, though.
