Using HTML Form for Job Postings

I want to create a simple job list on our site belsnj.org. These are not open jobs at our organization but reposts I will get directly from the employers. There are a lot of job board plugins that are quite fancy and just have too many features I don’t need so I’d rather create my own simple version. Basically, I’d like to have a simple html form so that the employers can submit job postings on their own by completing 4-5 fields and then have all that data appear in a feed on our job posting page in a neat attractive way. Any suggestions on how to set this up?
