using h2 and h3 by request

    In most of the cases I don’t want to present the H2+3, and I want to present the H2 only.

    Is there any way to control it? in the past I used plugin that did a shortcode like [toc=2,3] and if I used [toc] it tooks the H2 only.

    By any chance you can do that feature?
