I just have a question. I am using Gutenberg on my live wordpress site and have been for the past month and half. I love it! My theme works well with it and I’ve encountered no real issues other than things I’d like to see added to it such as target opening for images without having to use a plugin. When Gutenberg launches and wordpress 5.0 comes out and my site updates will using the plugin cause any conflicts. Do I just disable the plugin before the launch. Will wreck the posts I’ve already put into blocks or should I go back and change it all to classic editor? I don’t want to break my site.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hiya,

Keeping the plugin won’t cause any conflicts at all, as long as you’ve kept the plugin up to date ?? (some older versions of the plugin are not be compatible), but 4.1 or newer should be fine, and of course we recommend always using the latest version whenever possible.
