• Hello,

We have now switched to use G Suite and are experiencing problems with the MailBank app.

It seems that the override function is not working anymore. The emails are sent from marcus@rin…

Previously we hosted emails from our own server, meaning we could have a separate account for our sales address. The account had its own password.

So we used sales@rin… to authenticate, as sender address as well as for override emai address and it worked like a charm.

Now on the other hand, in G Suite the info and sales addresses are set up as groups and therefore they are not specific accounts that have their own passwords.

So when authenticating with Mail Bank, we can not use the sales address, but rather, we have to use one of our accounts, like marcus@rin…

When doing so, it seems that the override functionality os not working and the emails are always sent from the marcus@rin.. address rather than what we have put as override address: sales@rin…

Is there any way around this?

I have tried both OAuth and Login verification methods but I am getting the same result.

    Thanks!

    Marcus
