Using form widget breaks my site

  • When I add the form widget to one of my pages my site no longer works. It won’t load, it only says “processing request” forever. I have to delete the widget in order to restore the site.

    Upon further trial and error I found that the widget will work when there is “no content” shown on the form. So I guess I can use this as a work around and include any text or images in a separate column. But this means I need to make two forms for every campaign (one for the main donation page and another for my sidebar/homepage for use as a widget).

    Any idea why this could be happening? Anything I can do to fix it?

    Sorry you’re having trouble. Can I see a link to your site as a reference? Also, what kind of content did you include in your form when it breaks the site?
