Using form for Download

Good Morning,

Currently we have some forms setup on our site that act as a signup for download. Once the form is submitted, we redirect the user to a “success” page, that is where they can get the download.

My question is – if a user has already used a form to “download” a brochure, is there a way to store that they have filled out this form and either 1. take them directly to the download page or 2. show a message that they have filled out that particular form and have a link to the “download” displayed?
