    Hello, how are you?

I would like to ask you about the following refining search working together with AWS search plugin.

We realize that if you FIRST run a search using AWS top search bar, you can continue refining the search using the filters provided by your plugin, and it works fine.

BUT, if you start using your filters, you cannot use the search bar anymore… I mean… if you start with the search bar, you can continue refining using the filters. But if you start with the filters, you cannot use the search bar to continue refining. So how to do that???

    Thanks

    Hello

Yes, this is probably an incompatibility with a third-party filter. Try to use – https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_text_filter

Thanks for the reply! I have a few questions. I appreciate you could reply them all separately for easier follow up.

I have enabled this extension and now it shows up on the structure tab. There are some things we need help:

1- All the other filters have an option to add title label. But this text filter doesnt… how do i add a title for this one?

2- This extension retreived “Nothing found!” when no data is found. How do i transalte into spanish?

3- Your suggestion is to completely replace Advanced Woo Search Plugin and add Husky instead using shortcode? Or keep AWS as the main search on the main manu and just leave HUSKY as a filter only on the shop′s sidebar?

4- Before enabling HUSKY, when clicking the sidebar filters, every time we select a filter, the other filters get dynamically hidden if there are no products available for the current selection. But now, when i use HUSKY at the beginning of the search, after typing something and clicking “enter”, the other filters continue showing up even when no data available for them. Why is that?

    Thanks

3 You described an incompatibility with a third-party filter and I advise you to replace it

4 Please drop me exact link to the issue
