Using external hosting but SSP looking for files locally (failing)

I’m trying to use SSP with an external (non-Castos) host. However, SSP seems to be rewriting the links to look for them locally even though in the DB they seem to be correct. I don’t have an RSS feed from the external host, as that’s partly what I’m trying to use SSP to create.

I’m not sure what I’m missing or didn’t do correctly.

Just to be clear, plain references to the mp3 file work on the site in other places.
