Using existing league table on my website

Hi all,

I am new to designing websites – been working with a friend to create a site for our University football team. We have installed the Sportspress plugin and we’re trying to work out the easiest way to display an updated league table.

The league themselves (https://slfl.co.uk/) and teams within the league seem to use the same table on the league website. Is there a way to link this league to our new website, so that it updates automatically on our site everytime it is updated on the league website?

If so, is anybody able to explain how to do this (in ‘lay’ terms to a newbie!).
