I have a blog on www.remarpro.com so have to use the sub domain….
How do I use my own domain without paying as I have already bought it and cannot put it onto the blog unless I buy one…

I am trying to use hosts elsewhere but I need all of my posts and settings to import and often you cannot do this.

You must mean wordpress.com as wp.org does not host.

You can move to any host and keep your domain name – all you have to pay for is hosting. Your posts are on a database you can move to your new host.

I want my domain on the wp.com place….
I dont want to pay for hosting currently.

WordPress dot com is here, https://wordpress.com/

This is WordPress dot org. You don’t have a site here as this is for self-hosted sites.

Yes I know where it is…. I just was mistaken on the previous post. You can host a domain on there, but only if you buy it off WP but I cant as I already own the domain…

    That is incorrect.

    From WP dot com, https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/

We allow you to register a domain name or use one you already registered somewhere else ( let’s say mysite.com ) and map it to your site, so that your address becomes https://mysite.com

Yes but it costs money… I do not see a point in buying a service to merely point the domain at it.

I was just wondering where might be a good place to do this and still import my blog, if it were possible.

    Google this. free website hosting

I may end up buying the mapping add on as it is convenient and WP is probably more reliable. Thanks for your responses though.

Is this then resolved? Please mark it so.
