Using events-manager for job offes in BP

actually, depending on what is your requirements but one way is to use event categories as job categories.

There is a location search by country, region, state, etc. but if you mean is there geolocation pinpointing of the user location then that’s not included.

The best thing would probably to play around with the plugin and see if it can be used how you’d like. You’ll find lots of documentation here on editing templates, and so on:
