Using Elementor with Chamber Dashboard

I set out to create a template to display the single entries for Chamber Dashboard. Elementor has no problem with the Business Title, Featured image or description but it doesn’t detect the other fields. Are there shortcodes that can be used to place the other fields such as address and hours in Elementor?

The reason why I want to do this is because the Chamber’s own template doesn’t seem to provide any way to put a heading or text/icon before some of the business details. For example, categories is shown as:
Categories: Web Development
but hours just displayed as:
8am-5pm Monday-Friday on a line by itself
It would be nice if you can have Tel: before the phone number too
