Using Easy Fancybox to display form inline

    I have the code figured out for my form and it displays as I want when the link is clicked. Currently the link is being displayed in a page, but I would like to link the form to a tab in the navigation bar. I figured I would need a custom menu item, but nothing I’ve tried is working. I either get nothing or the lightbox shows a screen shot of whatever page is currently displayed.

    Any help would be wonderful.
