Hi @jamminjames,
I hope you are doing well today!
The occurrence of an issue like this could be due to multiple reasons, ones which include incorrect field settings, email/content settings, an issue with the server or a conflict with another WordPress plugin. To resolve this issue, try to adhere to the following troubleshooting steps:
Recheck Field Mappings: Ensure that the mappings of fields are double-checked, as a frequent problem could be not correctly mapping the PDF link field.
Examine Email Content: The content of your email should include the PDF link. Inspect the setting to make sure it’s correctly configured to include the link.
Settings for PDF: Check the settings of your E2Pdf – make sure that the PDF file is correctly configured, and ensure it is included in the email.
Test Run: Conduct a few test runs. Try to send different emails to different email addresses or different PDF files.
Examine Server Error Logs: The issue might be stemming from a server issue at times. Check the error logs of your server for any kind of issues related to E2Pdf.
Plugin/Theme Conflict: It is also possible that there’s a conflict with another plugin/theme installed on your WordPress.
