Using duplicator over a clean WP install?

    Hi, just wanted to know if its possible to upload the zipfile and installer to a webserver that already has a clean (no data) WP install.

    Or does it need to be completely empty?

    I already installed WP using the “one click installer” of my hosting, installed duplicator on the WP I want to migrate, generated the zip and installer… just want to know if I can use it over the already installed WP in the new host.
