Using DT for General Meta Import

Is there any way to import a CSV of titles and meta descriptions into a WordPress site using the Data Transporter plugin? I’m using the SEO for WordPress plugin.

In theory, the meta data should be easily pulled in if users knew how to format the CSV file—or could format the data in the same way then somehow import it.

The scenario is:
An old site is moving to a WordPress CMS. All the titles & meta descriptions are in a CSV.
Is there a way to easily import them? I seen a few threads in forums about a few different plugins. I have tried two, Easy CSV Importer and Wp Ultimate CSV Importer. I have figured out how to import new pages with titles and descriptions but not how to import titles and descriptions only into existing pages.

Is there any way to use the Data Transporter plugin for this?
