Using Dreamweaver CS4, CSS Sculptor or ThemeDreamer

I am trying to make a custom theme using and have crawled the net for every resource I can find. I know there are some great tutorials out there on creating your own theme or customizing an existing one, but I’m looking for one that incorporates the use of Dreamweaver and/or CSS Sculptor. Or do I have to purchase another software like ThemeDreamer?

Any input will be greatly appreciated!
