Using do_shortcode() in coded templates

Hi all.

I’m looking for some advice. I’m building a custom post type with custom archive and taxonomy templates (manually coded, so not in Elementor), but I want to include some content from a template into the templates, so I have done that via do_shortcode() and called in the shortcode of the template.

This works and the content displays, BUT the styles applied to that content don’t come with it.

Does anyone know why? Has anyone done this sort of thing before? I’m sure I’m missing something simple.
