If you are using PayPal Standard, you can implement the following php snippet to use multiple accounts:

Please note that this code snippet is provided as an example of how you can extend GiveWP with code. It’s up to you to implement and customize to your liking. We cannot provide support for custom code on your website, only the code that we create and distribute.
If you are using an other type of PayPal (such as PayPal Donations), this isn’t something we have a functionality for just yet. Id’ be happy to put together a feature request for you if this is the case.
