Using Datepicker with a field repeater

Hi,

I’m creating a form that requires repeater fields, one of which is a datepicker. When the repeater is used to add another set of fields, it strips some of the required code from the datepicker

Can someone suggest how to fix this? or where I can find a different repeater plugin? (the current one was build by ajaxy, but isn’t available through WordPress)
