    ev3rywh3re,

I like the plugin and want to use it instead of Actual TinyMCE or CK Editor . But I have a question about the addons we have in repository and other customization which experts make

There are several addons available for TinyMCE plugin and Many other experts do some cusomized coding to improve the functionality and add some additional features Ex: Short Codes

Can I integrate such customizations with WP super edit same as TinyMCE plugin (Without any trouble)?

    Thank you!

I have installed the plugin and still searching for any information about the doubt I have

WP Super Edit augments the installed TinyMCE editor in WordPress. In fact I’m attempting to use as much standard WordPress functionality as I can to modify visual editor functions.

I built WP Super Edit as a collection of functions that could be used to make advanced buttons like the mentioned articles. The only example I have right now is the WP Super Edit Emoticons plugin.

The Emoticon plugin is hack-ish , but it illustrates how to make a simple short code plugin that can be added to WP Super Edit and used as a plugin and additional button.

I don’t consider WP Super Edit to have the best API for this yet. My plugin still has to create separate tables since I am working on WordPress Multi-site support. I haven’t documented this poor-man’s TinyMCE plugin API at all. I know it’s a bitt messy, but I do as much inline documentation as I can.
