Using Custom URL Shortener with Sharedaddy

I am using a custom url shortener thanks to https://yourls.org.

Is there a way to replace the twitter url used in sharedaddy with my own one?

I.e., when clicking in the twitter botton provided by sharedaddy and the twitter box opens, is it possible to use https://myown.com/ababa instead of https://t.co/ababa??

If not, it would be a great feature for the plugin!
