using custom theme problemes

  • hi guys
    i have a couples issues here
    -first i dont know why i cant see the top or the bottom menu bars on my mobile browser when i use my original theme , it shows in the preview but not on the mobile
    – i cant find a way to add icons to the bottom bar , apparently with my
    – is top and bottom bars supported in all pages or not cause when i click on a page in the preview windows they disappeared

    actually can you guide me how to fix those problems
    – how to use CSS to keep Navigation Bars in every page
    – how can i use an icons directory to link the icons to my theme
