Using Custom Fields from WP to display on vbulletin forum?

I run a forum that uses wordpress as its front page and vbulletin on the inside. On the front page I use custom fields to display a list of the 5 most recent posts.

I would like to have this information display in in my forum. Ultimately I’ll probably have this information in a header or footer.

Does anyone have any ideas how to do something like this?

My site is pulptoon.com (Which may be NSFW for some viewers. It is a pulp comic site and some comics are a little adult)

Don’t know why you couldn’t use the info in Integrating_WordPress_with_Your_Website then use query_posts() and the available Custom Field Parameters.

Hmm, after a day of messing with it, I couldn’t get either solution to work.

All I can get to happen is it spits out ” <?php the_title(); ?> ‘; } ?> ” in my header.

I’ll keep trying and keep searching but if anyone has been able to create and element inside a vbulletin forum on that is separate from their wordpress blog, please contact me.
