• Hope someone here can help.
I’m using the cta addon to have a second message triggered from an action bar.
Problem is when “the show another message” is selected ALL CAMPAIGNS use the second message selected.
I need the pre existing campaigns to retain their own secondary message.

    Is this possible?

    @fsboadvisor,

    Thank you for using Icegram.
If you have selected same Action bar in all campaign, then it will change in all campaign.
Suppose you have same action bar in campaign 1 & 2 then option will change in all campaign.
If you want to persist in only one campaign then duplicate action bar.
Add two separate action bar in two separate campaign and then try.
    Hope this helps you.

    Thanks,

I am not using the same action bar twice, I am using different action bars and campaigns with a a different message with each unique campaign, the problem still occurs. Whenever a new secondary message is applied ALL CAMPAIGNS ARE ASSIGNED TO THE NEW MESSAGE

We have received your support request as well as another forum topic.
    We have already replied there.
    Posting here too

1.Icegram campaign = Icegram messages + Targetting Rules

2.In campaign there are messages , which is separate post types having unique Id.

    3. When you duplicate campaign that time a copy of campaign with messages and targeting rule will be copy in new campaign with new ID.

4.But message in that campaign will remain same with old message ID, so if you change message it will reflect in old campaign.

    5. Targeting rule will not be change or reflect in campaign.

6.You have to duplicate message and then have to add in campaigns.

    Thanks,
