Yes I followed the guide adding the line “_paq.push([‘requireCookieConsent’]); ” as described. The result was exceeded before resetting the dashboard from “dashboard management”

Hello @kyashan22. Upon going to your website, I can see that Cookiebot is showing up and asking for consent. Could you please elaborate what do you mean by failing the challenge check?

Inside the matomo dashboard there is “Become a Matomo Expert”. I passed all the steps except “Connect Cookiebot consent manager”

Could you please let us know what is the version of the Matomo for WordPress you are using?

Also, can you please try to refresh the widget for Become an export? Refresh icon will show up once you drag your mouse in to the upper right corner of the box.
