Using CF7 to allow users to post articles to be approved by admin

It’s not really a CF7 thing.

However, all you would need to do is set up WordPress to post (draft) by email. The built-in function publishes, so you’d either have to modify coding or get a plugin (probably the latter). Postie is one plugin that came up in a quick search, but you may find a better one.

Once you have WP set up to create draft posts from a particular email account, then you just have the form (mail or mail_2) send to that exclusive email account.
