Using cdn wp super cache has stopped pushing content to azure cdn

I have azure Cdn set up to work with wp super cache. It has stopped pushing content to CDN resulting in a lot of 404s. Its taking about 90% from cdn but its not finding some scripts and images and its loading a old version of the css style sheet. I have tried uninstalling wp super cache and purging cdn but the content is still not pushed to CDN. This is the page in question
