Using BSK PDF Manager with a Different Viewer

  • Hi, I have the pro version and am also using the ThemeNCode pdf Viewer to better display pdf’s. Issue I have is I cannot see any way for BSK PDF Manager Pro to use the ThemeNCode viewer instead of the terrible default WordPress viewer. Anyway to resolve this? Thank you

    I requested a refund on May 6 and, in accordance with your refund policy, I should have received it within 14 days. I have not yet received it and it is past 14 days.

    I also sent you an email to refund on May 6 and another one today. You did not answer my first email yet.

    Hi,

    Display PDF in a built-in viewer is a feature we’d like to support. We will come to this once the current new features done as several users asked.

    I checked our supporting system and found we refunded you once the cancellation confirmation was received, . Generally, we will confirm with users that ask for refund because sometimes users can find solution with our supporting.
