Using AWS Cloudfront W3TC and WP Offload S3

I setup the CDN using W3 Total Cache with my website as the origin. It works great. Now the issue is that of S3 bucket.
Prior to setting up CDN through W3TC I was using Offload S3 plugin to sync every media file uploaded in wp-content/uploads to S3 bucket named and have the Offload S3 plugin delete file from server and replace it with a S3 URL. Now when I load the website it has contents delivered from CDN (those that were stored on website server) and also from S3 (those that were synced by the plugin).
I even tried setting up another origin in the same CDN distribution and made S3 bucket as the origin but it didn’t work. What else can I do?
