This plugin is shaping up really nicely, IMHO, thanks for your work!

There’s one thing dummy me hasn’t understood at all – how am I supposed to use Slick’s “asNavFor” option in WordPress? I tried duplicating a slider, adding an ID one of the duplicates (using large images), and telling the thumbnail slider to work as navigation, but so far nothing happens.
Also, manually set slider IDs (in Text mode) get deleted when editing the gallery/slider in visual mode. Surely that can’t be the way its intended to be?

    TIA for any hints.

Hi, I just tested this and it works for me:

    1. Create two sliders
    2. Visit the post in frontend, inspect source code and note the ids of both sliders (like <div class="slick-slider […] id="slick-slider-1")
    3. Enter the id of slider 1 into the field asNavFor on slider 2 and vice versa (as string: #slick-slider-1)
    4. Save the post

Check out section “Slider syncing” on the official website for more info.

@philbee, have you been able to solve this problem?

If so, please change this thread to resolved and if you want, rate this plugin, thanks!

@tyrannous Ah yes, thanks a lot for the heads-up, this of course works as you said.
Now I’m fiddling with all the other settings ??
