Using as a reminder only and a feature request.

I wish to use this only as a reminder (once each month) to the members that have not posted to their blog and for the plug-in not make any further changes. These are the settings I have:
How Often to Check? [Daily]
Inactivity Threshold [1 Month]
Inactivity Warning Threshold [1 Day]
Inactive Site Visibility [Do not change]
Site Options (none checked)So the expected results should be that each blog that does not have a new post within a month will get one warning message each month that it is found to be inactive and nothing else. Correct?
Feature request:
Also I would like to have the option to customise the various messages that this plug-in would use (without modifying the plug-in) as I only wish to send out monthly reminders to visit and post something. I don’t want to threaten them with hiding or shutting down their blog.
