Using AGCA with Hide url plugin

So I having this issue where on the admin side I am hiding the admin bar and only showing the logout button. The issue is I am also using a plugin to hide my standard wp-admin url. So what happens is the when clicking the logout button it does not account for the hide url plugin new logout url and there for gives me a 404 on the logout. I dont know if this is an issue that you never accounted for, but i would like to know if anybody is using these plugin hand and hand. For the devs what are you doing to help solve this issue for those of use who are?
