Using affiliate plugin on multilangual website

Hi,
I have installed this plugin in my multilingual website, which is in three languages. I checked and found the translation of German language in the “Language” folder of the plugin. I am using q-translate plugin for multilingual. When I switch to German language the plugin front-end still shows up in English. How can I switch languages using q-translate plugin ??
