Using AdSense, Analytics and Cookies

  • Hey guys, I’ve just started my blog and I’d like to use affiliate advertising on it. The problem is that I’ve read in a lot of Spain based pages some policies about cookies, and they also ask for the consent of the visitor to send cookies to their navigators. I’m not from Spain, but I’m not sure if I have to make such cookies policy or request agreement to use them.

    So, the questions are:

    -Do I have to request the reader an agreement for the cookies? My web page isn’t in a Spanish server, nor I reside in Spain.
    -Can I use AdSense without such agreement, or a cookies policy?
    -Do I have to make a privacy policy available in my site? Am I really forced to?
