using a plugin in the Savoy theme

    Hello! There is a problem with using a plugin in the Savoy theme, everything works poorly. It is not possible to write a review as the window for uploading photos is loaded immediately, and there is no indication of file upload.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please switch the theme to Storefront, a standard theme of WordPress and deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce then check this issue again.

    It works on the standard theme, but the question is to make your plugin work on the savoy theme.

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Savoy is a premium theme on Themeforest, I don’t find a free version to test the issue on my side. Since you paid for the theme, you can contact their support to get further assistance.
