Using a Mac and Cannot insert Media

  • I am so upset. I’m about to throw my computer at my wall.
    I’ve been having problems inserting Pictures into my blog from my Macbook Pro.
    Everytime I go into my blog post to edit I click on “add media” and then when I choose a photo it highlights and has a check mark and the only option after that from the bottom right hand corner is to “Create new Prophoto Gallery”

    There is no “insert into post” or whatever that simple button was.
    BUT!!! When I’m on Windows computer everything is fine.

    PLEASE help me figure this out, for my sanity.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
