using a drop down list for navigation?

Some one has approached me to build a little portfolio site for them…
Client has requested a drop down-list as their navigation, showing both parent and child items. See screen grab (https://tiny.cc/lnmmw).

Is this possible? can anyone suggest a plugin or method to implement this?
