Using a child theme to make changes to parent theme inc folder

I’m trying to make changes to my parent theme by using a child theme. The theme I am using has a functions.php file, and in this file it calls a number of other files including a second functions.php.

This second functions.php file is located inside an ‘includes’ folder and contains all the calls to enqueue_scripts and enqueue_styles. How do I access these from within the child theme so that I can add or remove scripts and styles?
