Using a Child Theme

  • Hello everybody!

    I have a problem installing a child theme in my AccessPress Parallax.

    I’ve tried two plugins: the “Child Theme Configurator” and the “Orbisius Child Theme Creator” and did not work out.

    Any suggestions so I can install a child theme?

    I’ve tried those plugins and they don’t seem to work all the time. Best bet is to set one up yourself.

    You can find instructions for installing a child theme on the WordPress codex or by watching a tutorial.

    Hello Guys!!!

    First of all, thank you very much Luke for your tutorial it really helped to build a child theme from the codex, but unfortunately did’t work on this AccessPress Parallax Theme, I believe this theme in particular is not a child theme friendly.

    just to let you know…I’am using a child theme in Accesspress Lite ( https://www.conhecerdireito.com ) and its working just fine. However, in the Parallax theme it is not on the https://www.estudardireito.com . =(

    So…I’`m going to use this Parallax theme and wait for a couple months to get another shot and try again to create a Child Theme after some updates from Access Keys.
