Uses of the theme

First, I want to apologize for my bad English i’am a french guy and i’am not used to write in English.

Back to my question, I’ve seen this on your main theme page : “A theme for non-profits, organizations, and schools. “.

So,I had assumed that a cannot use your theme for my project : give some particular courses online to help me with my particular courses when people cannot see me during their weekly lessons. But i’ve just seen the license and that allow me to use this for my project.

Well, of course my question is can i use your theme for my project or not ? And if not why ?
