Users/Guests to add Photos

  • Hello,

    I am creating a section on my site where I want to have guests to my site upload their photos. It’s going to be a sports site so I want people to be able to add photos to sports games they have been to. Maybe allowing them to write down the game and date and what not.

    Does anyone have any ideas of the best way I could do this?

    I’m not sure about within wordpress, but this would require a form, where the user can submit the photo, and the information about the game etc.. to the server and you display it.

    So really your looking at forms I think.

    The comment form does this, with textual data supplied by users, you just need to implement the image upload.

    I hate to ask another, but how do you implement image upload? And, you wouldn’t happen to have a step-by-step with forms?

    I know that cforms plugin allows users to fill in the form to upload images to the server. You may also want to take a look at a plugin called TDO mini Forms which allows you to put a form on your site for users to write posts etc.

    As EqualDesign said I think cformsII can help you create the form with uploads.

    Another question, Is there a way to only allow users who have registered to my site to be able to send photos?
