users, widgets and menus missing from wordpress dashboard

Hi,

I recently did a wordpress site on a subdomain and migrated to the root directory after it was done. Everything is working fine except for users, widgets and menus missing from dashboard. I dont know if it is an issue with the database or the theme. I have tried uploading fresh wp-admin folder and nothing happens even when i change the themes.
