    Hi! Can I enable the user to send himself a verification email again if he did not pass the verification?

    Hi, when non-verified customers try to log in to their account, they will not be able to log in and will get the option to resend the verification and verify the account.

    An unconfirmed member will not receive any notifications upon login. I want to display the message myself with the ability to send myself a letter. Can you have a hook?

    Yes, they should get a message, can you share a screenshot of what customers that registered after installing the plugin but did not verify get?

    By default, nothing. I want to display my message, but I don’t know where to get the link to send the verification email again. I did not find a suitable hook for this.

    Make sure that in the plugin settings the option to allow customers to enter first registration, also, it will not work for existing customers, only for customers that register an account after the plugin is installed and activated.

    When a user will try to log in to his account after registration, he will noot be able to enter the account and gets the option to verify or resend the verification. Admins can send the verification from the users list.

    Administrators can only send from the console. and I want the user to be able to send a verification letter to himself. How can I get a link to send a letter by the user?

    Hi Ivan, please read my answers from before, I explained how it works – the customers can resend the emails if they try to login to their account after registration, they will not be able to enter their account, they will need to verify the code or that they can resend the verification email.

    Great, we will improve the documentation on our end so it will be more clear, next week we will release a new version with a few fixes and a pro version as well that will let you customize this verification popup widget, verify before checkout and more…
