Users unable to sign up/upgrade subscription

  • Hello.

    We’re working on a site and we’re using this plugin to manage our users.
    However, if a user signs up it will be w/o a subscription, but somehow the user is unable to signup to a paid subscription.
    The sign up button is there on the account page, but clicking it only generates a reload of the page w/o any changes to the subscription.

    Current Settings:
    Renewal Period Limit: 5 days
    Upgrades Period Limit: 0 days (tried 1, 2, 5, 10, 30, 90)

    The two available subscriptions are setup like this:
    Monthly – Mode: Serial, Period: 1 Month
    Bi-Monthly – Mode: Serial, Period: 2 Months

    Any idea what could be wrong?

    Hope you’re well today and sorry for the late reply.

    Are you using membership register page for allowing current users to sign up for subscription plan?

    I’ve tested this on my end and with already registered user when going to register page I’m offered to select subscription plan.

    Please let me know ??

    hi there,

    i’m unable to upgrade from a free plan to a premium plan. have tried logging in and out, rebooting my pc, tried clicking upgrade plan and then logging in, tried selecting the upgrade option via setting and via plugs and via plan once i’ve logged in as a user. nothing seems to work – when i click on the update option the page starts loading and then it’s just blank and nothing happens.

    what am i doing wrong…?
